THUNDERPOST is a group of innovative global business professionals and global citizens that aim to gather and share news from around the world.  With the advent of Web 2.0 technology, news events from around the world are now able to be written from the perspective of citizens with their feet on the ground in the location where the news event took place, which offers a true-to-life perspective of the news event that is far different from the portrayal of the news event that can be obtained from conventional mainstream media sources such as:  CNN, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and other similar media sources.  In essence, ThunderPost allows global citizens of all backgrounds to become journalists and offers an avenue for them to share their perspective of the world in which they live.
